Insta Pot:  This appliance is a slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker, yogurt maker and more.  The insert is stainless steel and it even has a saute feature for browning vegetables and meats.

Pyrex 18 Piece Simply Store Food Storage Set, Clear:  Glass is my favorite storage container.  I have tried to eliminate plastic for health reasons.  I like square storage units for space saving. 

Stainless Steel Straws, Reusable Metal:  I love these straws for smoothies.   The 2 cleaning brushes are a necessary item for cleaning them. 

 Vitamix Blender: I have used a Vitamix blender for around 15 years.  They are a great powerful blender which is able to grind up ice or frozen fruit.  Mine gets used as much as 3 times a day.  It grinds up nuts and hard items much finer than other options.

Excaliber Dehydrator: I love my Excaliber Dehydrator and use it several times per week.  It is great for drying extra food that might be getting close to overripe.  I make Dried Kale chips, crackers, bars, and even yogurt.  It is a valuable tool and saves you money.

Nut Milk Bags: These are my favorite nut milk bags.  They are super durable and the variety of sizes meets the needs of various uses.
