4 Reasons to Make Positive and Healthy Lifestyle Choices

Do You Make Good Healthy Lifestyle Choices?

We all have a story about our life and our health. Where we have been and where we are going….

We may have repeated the story to our self a thousand times. But where are you right now? Do you make healthy lifestyle choices?

What if you knew the truth?  That your body was designed to heal itself! Most of us believe that you have to go to a doctor or specialist to be “fixed”.  What if instead, you knew that while doctors and experts can provide help, but you have a great power inside of you?

Well, it’s true.

Make Healthy Lifestyle Choices Every Day

You can start by listening to your body.  Your body is a reflection of your inner thoughts and beliefs.  Every cell responds to every thought you think and every word you speak.  So, continuous patterns of thoughts and beliefs can produce body behaviors and patterns of dis-eases.

When you have a health issue, your body is asking for help.  Make better healthy lifestyle choices.  Go on this journey with me to learn to recognize what our body needs to be happy and healthy.

Love Your Body

Taking care of your body is much like loving your dog.  Your dog is very special to you.  It is a constant companion.  It is your motivation to go for walks and is always happy to see you return home.  Well, responding to what your body is telling you is much like the love you have for your dog.

You can train yourself to look for signs of need.  When you eat something that does not agree with you it will let you know.  If you have pushed yourself too hard, are not sleeping enough, or giving it the kindness and nutrients, it needs, there will be signs.

Is it possible that you don’t have to experience heart attacks, strokes, cancer, senility, diabetes, and a host of other ailments?  Also, colds, flu, headaches, sinuses, allergies, pimples, tooth decay, arthritis, and more?

Think about the big picture. That means a life long habit of training your body and eating well on a regular basis. Your body will take care of the rest. Click To Tweet

Is it true that we are getting sick and dying an early death because we lack the knowledge to stay healthy?

How We Are Made

“I am fearfully and wonderfully made” Ps. 139:4. Our body is a chemical storehouse.  It is composed of every element in the mineral kingdom. It is composed of oxygen (65%), carbon (15%), hydrogen (10%), nitrogen (3%), calcium (2%), phosphorus (1%) along with trace amounts of sulfur, sodium, chlorine.  Also, fluorine, potassium, magnesium, iron, silicon, iodine, copper, lead, aluminum, and a few more.

Our body consists of about 100,000,000,000,000 (100 trillion) cells, which require constant nourishment for rebuilding.   They also require constant cleaning of contaminants.  Some parts of the body are renewed as often as every week, much of the body is re-built in a year.  But the bones require as much as several years for total rebuilding and replacement.

If these cells are not provided with the proper building materials, and the cells are not kept cleansed of toxic material, they get weaker. These weaker cells result in sickness, tooth decay, poor eyesight, and loss of hearing.  Not to mention baldness, senility, cancer, as well as other physical conditions.

Is It Hereditary?

Most people believe that they have inherited their health conditions or are getting older. They never seem to realize these problems are the direct result of failing to provide the body’s cells with the appropriate nutrition.  Nor do they realize that their lifestyle and diet have polluted their bodies.  Their body is full of poisons created by stress, thoughts, and processed foods.

So, the health and condition of the cells determine the health and condition of the entire body.

Here is The Takeaway:

  1. Our everyday choices play a major role in our biggest health issues today.
  2. A large part of the population of people is diagnosed with an illness for which science can find no root cause and no cure.

These two facts mean two very important truths:

  1. You have the power to create good health.
  2. When no one has the answers, it is a great opportunity to create a new perspective on health.

I believe we have a choice.  We make decisions every day that are related to healthy lifestyle choices.  Instead of a danger “out there” we have a choice to choose a lifestyle that nourishes and protects our body if we treat them well.  Our diet, exercise, sleep, and thoughts affect our future.

Perfect Health is Your Choice, Choose Well…
